Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for your area, defining which problems matter, why they matter, and in what order.
- Set and drive an independent roadmap from opportunity sizing through launch and iteration.
- Partner directly with engineering, growth, and leadership to align priorities without a PM layer.
- Make final tradeoff decisions on scope, sequencing, and what is good enough to ship.
- Design end-to-end flows, UI, and systems that work together cohesively.
- Measure shipped work and use results to inform future priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design.
- Portfolio demonstrating a high bar for craft and design reasoning.
- Experience partnering directly with engineering to ship products.
- Track record of independently prioritizing a backlog or roadmap and defending decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to think as an owner and decide what should be built, not only how it should look.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Comfort with ambiguity and bringing structure to undefined problems.
- Clear, confident communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- High attention to detail and strong design craft.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience presenting strategy and rationale to executives or founders.
- Background at a product-led company where design had a strong role in strategy.

- Salary range: $200,000–$225,000 annually.
