Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for your area, defining what problems matter, why, and in what order.
• Set and drive your own roadmap, from opportunity sizing through launch and iteration.
• Partner directly with engineering, growth, and leadership to align on priorities without a PM layer in between.
• Make the final call on tradeoffs: scope, sequencing, and what "good enough to ship" means.
• Design end-to-end: flows, UI, and the systems thinking that ties it all together.
• Measure what you shipped and using that to inform what's next.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a high bar for craft and the reasoning behind them.
• Experience partnering directly with engineering to ship product.
• Track record of prioritizing a backlog or roadmap independently, and defending those calls to stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Comfort presenting strategy and rationale to executives or founders, not just design reviews.
• Background at a product-led company where design had a strong seat at the strategy table.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $200,000 - $225,000.
