Senior Product Designer
Own end-to-end product design for technical, information-dense SaaS surfaces while partnering directly with product, engineering, and Trust & Safety customers. The role requires 6+ years of senior-level experience, strong Figma and design-system expertise, front-end prototyping fluency, and comfort designing AI or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for assigned product surfaces, from problem framing through shipped UI.
- Partner with product and engineering on discovery, customer conversations, design direction, and implementation-ready Linear tickets.
- Prototype high-fidelity flows to pressure-test experiences and align engineering before development.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system as the product scales.
- Support brand, go-to-market, decks, website, and marketing design when needed.
- Participate in design critique, provide direct feedback, and uphold craft standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years designing software at a senior-to-staff level.
- Experience with technical products for expert users, SaaS, multi-product platforms, and information-dense interfaces.
- Strong visual and graphic design craft.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and production delivery.
- Fluency with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude, and Codex for design and prototyping.
- Ability to work independently amid ambiguity and proactively address design debt.
- Comfort conducting customer conversations and translating insights into product opportunities.
- Strong systems thinking.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems, component libraries, or patterns.
- Front-end fluency, including prototyping in code and handling interim engineer-designer work.
- Empathy for the trust and safety problem space.
