Senior Product Designer - Cards & Credit
The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for complex Cards & Credit products, translating financial systems and edge cases into intuitive experiences. The role requires strong product thinking, interaction and visual design craft, prototyping ability, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Own meaningful Cards & Credit product problems from initial framing through shipped experience, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to understand the problem and shape what to build.
- Turn complicated systems, requirements, and edge cases into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Work across the design stack, including problem framing, concept exploration, workflows, detailed interactions, visual design, prototyping, and final implementation.
- Explore broadly and design from first principles, questioning inherited patterns and assumptions.
- Bring strong interaction and visual craft to workflows, hierarchy, typography, motion, and product states.
- Collaborate with the Brand team on physical cards and related products to create a cohesive experience between physical products and surrounding digital experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, communicate design reasoning clearly, and work through tradeoffs with Product and Engineering partners.

Compensation and Benefits
- Total rewards include base salary, equity through stock options or RSUs, and benefits.
- US employees: $189,000–$236,200 USD base salary.
- Canadian employees: $178,600–$223,200 CAD base salary.
