Minimum qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, or other customer-facing strategic role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing with agility.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers with cloud-based technology.
- Experience managing strategic customers, with an entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems and provide effective solutions for complex engagements.
- Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
Responsibilities
- Own diverse projects and initiatives focused primarily on cloud security, collaborating with Sales, Support, Success, product and engineering teams, and customer teams.
- Influence key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business vision, culture, processes, and cloud security requirements.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations, from day-to-day technicians to the CISO level.
- Evangelize Wiz’s value and influence customers to adopt the right secure solutions at the right time.
- Ensure customer guidance is understood and executed, while advocating internally for customers’ security needs.
- Use communication skills and project management experience with large-scale transformations to guide customers through Wiz adoption and robust cloud security practices.
- Solve customer security challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms while overcoming internal customer blockers.
- Collaborate with account teams to identify and pursue strategic cloud security opportunities through deeper product use or expansion to new business units.
- Support TCO analyses and business case assessments aligned with customer security objectives.
- Understand customers’ tool ecosystems and provide options for tool consolidation.
- Accelerate cloud security adoption by defining milestones, removing blockers, and implementing processes for secure workload migrations.
- Define comprehensive training strategies to upskill technical and non-technical customer roles in cloud security awareness.
- Implement governance structures for the customer partnership, prioritizing security and Wiz adoption.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
- US base salary range: $110,000–$151,000 USD.
- The listed salary range reflects base salary only and excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
