Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the EA strategy aligned to major business areas; collaborate with business leaders to map technology to business needs, gather requirements, analyze costs, and draft architecture recommendations.
• Contribute to target-state solution architectures, gap analyses, solution strategy, and roadmap.
• Participate in application portfolio evaluation, rationalization, recommending retirements, consolidations, or replacements.
• Support creation of architecture blueprints for application, data, infrastructure architecture, and integration patterns.
• Prototype and validate architectural decisions with engineering teams; support delivery through the development lifecycle.
• Apply and uphold architecture standards and guidelines; provide guidance on secure, scalable, maintainable technology architecture.
• Contribute to design and development of agentic IT capabilities for business operations, workload orchestration, and user-facing automation.
• Demonstrate and evaluate AI solutions through experiments and proofs-of-concept; conduct technology POCs with data and integration engineers.
• Support Build vs. Buy evaluations with technical analysis and recommendations.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for alignment with business needs and future trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years as an Enterprise Architect with understanding of application/data/business architecture.
• Proven track record leading small to medium scale initiatives from concept to delivery in AI Platforms.
• 3+ years experience in Integration architecture concepts and patterns; ability to design/build integrations based on SOAP, REST, JSON, XML.
• Proficiency in designing and managing APIs.
• Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITSM/ITIL, cloud strategy, Agile, and security frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, databases, networking, middleware, application development methodologies.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess systems, identify improvements, and design future architectures.

Preferred

• Certifications: TOGAF, CISSP, Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong ability to translate business drivers and strategic goals into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making, guide teams, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
