Responsibilities

Own the technical aspect of a domain specific area.
Supervise, coordinate, and review work.
Estimate personnel needs and schedule work.
Assign and review work to meet completion dates.
Evaluate performance, resolve complaints, and make recommendations.
Define, plan, and measure success metrics.
Remove technical and personnel hurdles for the team to succeed.
Work with higher-level staff to set expectations and coordinate on work to be delivered.

Requirements

5-8 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated advanced experience with domain area programming language.
Track record of being an Engineering Manager for product teams to drive desired results from complex requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Typical salary range: $195,000 to $200,000.
