About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical aspect of a domain specific area.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review work.
  • Estimate personnel needs and schedule work.
  • Assign and review work to meet completion dates.
  • Evaluate performance, resolve complaints, and make recommendations.
  • Define, plan, and measure success metrics.
  • Remove technical and personnel hurdles for the team to succeed.
  • Work with higher-level staff to set expectations and coordinate on work to be delivered.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated advanced experience with domain area programming language.
  • Track record of being an Engineering Manager for product teams to drive desired results from complex requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Typical salary range: $195,000 to $200,000.
