People Business Partner
Serve as HR Business Partner for CX, Data, Marketing and G&A teams at Genius AI. Manage performance, coach managers, use data and AI tools to drive people strategy and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Drive the day-to-day HRBP relationship for Marketing, CX, Data, and G&A, managing performance cases end-to-end and escalating complex situations
- Lead coaching conversations and interactive workshops that sharpen how managers develop, support, and lead their teams
- Build deep fluency in your teams' goals and metrics so your guidance is grounded in real business context rather than a generic HR playbook
- Use data and trends across your client groups to spot organizational risk early and recommend action before it becomes a bigger problem
- Cultivate deep relationships across departments, becoming the advisor leaders turn to before a small friction point becomes a big problem
- Contribute to broader People team initiatives, like org health surveys and talent reviews
- Use AI to automate repeatable tasks and streamline workflows so your time can be spent on tasks that require human judgment
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in HR business partnering or people operations, with a track record of owning performance management and employee relations independently
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools for people analytics, engagement insights, workforce planning, and streamlining workflows that enable you to invest your time in high impact, high judgement tasks
- You make decisions and move: you don't wait for perfect information, you set a direction, ship something, and iterate based on what you learn
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions that drive measurable business and people outcomes
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

The base salary for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000 + equity + benefits.
