Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of frontend and backend engineers, with the team expected to grow.
- Own the technical design and implementation of some projects while modeling strong engineering practices.
- Collaborate with platform teams to deliver features with consistent capabilities.
- Drive the career growth of direct reports.
- Stay current on industry trends, including AI tooling, that can improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with ADM engineering and product leads in the US, UK, and India to improve team-wide processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
- Strong experience with Python or Java.
Nice to Have
- Full-stack product engineering experience.
- React experience.
- AWS experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid work model requiring work from the Pune office 3 days per week.
