Responsibilities

Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level internal and external executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
  • Ensure engagements are properly staffed by leveraging global cross-functional teams, including Servicing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support, and offer feedback to managers on team performance.

Driving Customer Value

  • Own the end-to-end customer value journey.
  • Influence customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Establish program roadmaps and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently and promptly.
  • Align Celonis delivery with customer strategy and targets to solve business-critical problems.
  • Drive value realization and adoption, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion, customer satisfaction, and achievement of usage and adoption targets.

Community Building and Customer Advocacy

  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards addressing industry-specific challenges and innovations.
  • Establish feedback loops to gather insights and improve products and services.
  • Represent the customer internally and align product development and service offerings with customer needs and feedback.
  • Drive customer presence and sponsorship at Celonis and industry events, including conferences, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate on innovation and new asset development, contributing to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related industry experience.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience driving measurable results through large-scale, end-to-end transformation programs.
  • Strong exposure to change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade stakeholders using data, facts, and confidence.
  • Experience designing, pitching, and selling opportunities with subject matter experts and practice leads.
  • Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and technology stacks, with experience in solution design.
  • Strong team player with a patient and entrepreneurial leadership style.
  • Project management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer's business landscape.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player who can thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% to meet customer needs.
