Responsibilities
Own the commercial renewal strategy across a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Lead pricing, contract, and commercial negotiations with customer stakeholders.
Navigate procurement processes and partner with Legal and Finance to drive contract execution.
Identify and execute commercial expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Partner with Customer Success to balance long-term customer relationships with strong commercial outcomes.
Forecast renewal risk and commercial opportunities to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
Build scalable renewal and pricing frameworks as Topsort continues to grow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, enterprise software, or a similar commercial environment.
Build and own scalable marketing operations, automation, attribution, and measurement systems at a high-growth AI sales-tech company. Design resilient GTM workflows, leverage AI for efficiency, and partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Demand Gen, and Sales.
