Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales Leadership on Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges.
Apply data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions, identify highest-leverage opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations that shape commercial priorities and influence executive decision-making.
Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that translate company priorities into scalable ways of working, aligning seller behavior and driving measurable outcomes.
Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other teams to deliver scalable commercial solutions.
Establish success metrics and performance frameworks; continuously refine operating models through data, experimentation, and feedback.
Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to drive adoption of new processes and improve sales performance.

Transform an early-stage seller incentives framework into a scalable operating model.
Translate Reddit-wide commercial priorities into measurable seller behaviors, performance metrics, and incentives.
Build personalized goals and scorecards that align individual performance with company objectives, accounting for differences across books of business, customer segments, and market opportunities.
Sales Operating System
Design and scale the seller operating system by building workflows, playbooks, and guidance.
Simplify complex sales motions into clear, repeatable execution paths.
Enable sellers to leverage the right resources, programs, and best practices to maximize customer outcomes and revenue growth.
Future Projects
Partner with senior sales leadership to identify and solve emerging commercial opportunities.
Lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution, building scalable solutions that improve go-to-market effectiveness and drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications
4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (Google Sheets/Excel) to navigate large datasets, uncover insights, and build executive-level narratives.
Comfort with data infrastructure; ability to interpret basic SQL or leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to generate queries.
Proven track record leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex problems and influence decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, frameworks, or business processes.
Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex ideas for executive audiences.
Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how organizational design, seller behavior, and operations translate to customer outcomes and revenue growth.
