Build customer-facing frontend experiences, data visualizations, and AI-powered interfaces for a conversation intelligence platform, while contributing to backend APIs. Requires 3+ years of production web application experience and strong frontend architecture skills.

Responsibilities
- Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences for complex conversation data.
- Build and iterate on AI-powered interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate roadmap initiatives into frontend architecture and execution.
- Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed, owning API contracts.
- Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and improve UI/UX quality across the team.
- Test, document, and maintain the frontend codebase.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications.
- Primary frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, performance optimization, and responsive, accessible UI.
- Working knowledge of, or genuine eagerness to learn, backend services and REST API development using Node.js or Python.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and search technologies is a plus, but not required.
