Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of full-time and outsourced Sales Operations experts focused on improving customer data.
- Partner with go-to-market leadership to identify data gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows.
- Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to team-owned mechanisms.
- Develop a data quality roadmap for customer data challenges.
- Align priorities with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
- Influence implementation and enablement of systems and tools with internal systems teams.
- Create an outsourcing strategy for ongoing data cleanup.
- Manage contractors and scale data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics.
- Define and measure success metrics.
- Develop dashboards showing progress against identified metrics.
- Communicate progress to leadership and secure support to influence and unblock initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational management consulting experience.
- Ability to own problems, investigate root causes, and drive execution.
- Ability to work across stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving ambiguous business problems.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
