Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Managers own a product domain end-to-end, shaping strategy, leading discovery, prioritization, and delivery across one or two squads. The role requires B2B SaaS or finance experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, customer focus, and technical fluency.

Responsibilities
- Pitch the product to existing and prospective customers and collect feedback through workshops, design sessions, UX research, and discovery with Product Managers and Designers.
- Build the product vision and roadmap with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales.
- Maintain clear communication across teams to support customer communication and prioritization.
- Monitor the market and competitive offerings, and develop and share insights that inform product vision, strategy, and decisions.
- Own a product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through discovery, prioritization, and delivery with engineering and design partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in product quality and delivery processes.
- Help stakeholder teams grow and scale efficiently.
Scope and Ownership
- Own a defined product domain with 1–2 squads.
- Define and drive product strategy for the area.
- Lead product discovery and shape high-impact bets.
- Be accountable for user value.

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or finance.
- A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering user value.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data modeling for decision-making.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
- Curiosity, autonomy, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to engage effectively with engineers and bridge product and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
