Seeking former founders to join a high-autonomy team building AI-powered computer vision tools. Leverage your entrepreneurial experience in engineering, product, design, sales, or marketing to ship features rapidly and contribute to Roboflow's mission.

Responsibilities
- Spend the first week onboarding in person with your manager at NY or SF Hub.
- Start building trusting relationships with peers and learn company structure.
- Ship a substantial new feature to an end user within your first week.
- Build your first Roboflow computer vision product (if you haven't already).
Requirements
- Former founder mindset with track record of ownership, accountability, and improving outcomes.
- Curious about new technologies, especially AI and ChatGPT.
- Background in Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, or related.
- Passion for building with Roboflow tools; experience using or contributing to Roboflow or open source projects strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Target base salary: $70k-$150k.
- $4000/yr travel stipend.
- $350/mo productivity stipend.
- Up to 100% health insurance coverage.
- Company equity.
