Handles receipt, verification, storage, inventory tracking, and shipment of high-value physical goods in an onsite warehouse environment. Requires warehouse or fulfillment experience, strong attention to detail, physical capability, and adherence to security procedures.

Responsibilities
- Receive packages, shipments, and deliveries; verify quantities, condition, and invoices or packing slips.
- Unpack, sort, and stage incoming items for verification and processing.
- Check items against records, inspect for damage, and document discrepancies.
- Place verified inventory into storage, vault, or designated holding areas with accurate labeling and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to packing methods and shipping instructions.
- Maintain inventory records for receipts, transfers, and depletions; support periodic inventory audits.
- Assist with order fulfillment, item staging, and team workflows.
- Keep warehouse, staging, and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and accurate.
- Ability to follow established processes and standards consistently.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, moving, and carrying.
- Strong communication skills, including reporting discrepancies, escalating issues, and following written instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, stand, and bend for extended periods.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience handling precious metals, rare coins, collectibles, or other high-value or sensitive items.
- Experience with vaulting or secure storage procedures.
- Familiarity with packing and shipping best practices.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse software.

- Annual salary: $52,000–$72,800.
