- Review experiment results and decide what to iterate, keep, or remove
- Improve or extend internal tooling that supports experimentation
- Review code, mentor teammates, and participate in team ceremonies
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software experience, with much of that working on user growth (acquisition, activation, retention) or monetization
- Strong, hands-on full-stack engineering skills, with the ability to independently design, build, and ship production changes across frontend and backend systems
- Demonstrated experience running product experiments end-to-end
- A data-driven approach to problem solving
- The judgment to balance speed and quality in a growth environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces where the path forward is not fully defined and success is measured by outcomes, not effort
- A collaborative working style and the ability to partner deeply with product, design, and analytics to drive results
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to give and receive feedback
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
Nice-to-Haves
- Arrive with clear points of view on what experiments to run, why they matter, and how to evaluate their impact
- Be able to quickly dive into data to uncover growth or monetization opportunities
- Demonstrate ownership beyond implementation, from hypothesis formulation through post-launch analysis and follow-ups
- Have experience scaling growth systems or experimentation platforms in a production environment
