Responsibilities
- Own the specification, design, and implementation of features in a large-scale, highly dynamic web application.
- Collaborate with product team members to gather requirements, refine designs, address technical challenges, resolve issues, and launch features.
- Develop scalable, performant, and well-tested solutions across the stack.
- Improve the automated test suite.
- Participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with large-scale production codebases.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with back-end and front-end frameworks such as Django, AngularJS, or Vue.
- Experience addressing performance and scalability challenges.
- Understanding of relational databases.
- Product-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Openness to agile development methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $186,880–$280,319, plus 20% bonus potential.
