About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of major initiatives under the CPO, ensuring product, design, and engineering milestones are met.
  • Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies across product, design, and engineering teams to prevent development stalls.
  • Attend core team meetings, capture technical notes, synthesize action items, and drive accountability for follow-through.
  • Analyze current team processes and implement lightweight, scalable improvements across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Bridge the gap between the CPO's vision, creative design concepts, and technical implementation.
  • Solve ambiguous, complex technical or operational problems that span multiple teams.
  • Leverage AI tools (like Gemini) to optimize workflows, capture project knowledge, and explore agentic workflows.

Qualifications

  • Extreme ownership, high-agency "fixer energy," and a founder's mindset with exceptional execution skills.
  • Strong background in technical program management, product management, or intensive technical operations in fast-moving tech environments.
  • High cognitive agility to switch between deep technical discussions and high-level strategy.
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills; ability to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Genuine interest in AI and eagerness to use cutting-edge tools for operational efficiency.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or Product Manager (PM) in an executive-facing role.
