Responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from conception through launch.
- Define program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Coordinate multiple engineering teams with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Improve processes across the product development lifecycle to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and best practices of the TPM function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced, complex software development environment.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- ATS-listed salary: $205,000–$250,000.
- Base salary may range from $185,000–$250,000 depending on leveling.
