Responsibilities

  • Build and share a deep understanding of frontier AI model development.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to drive deployment of the latest AI technologies.

  • Design and implement simple, scalable processes to solve complex problems.
  • Deliver high-profile pipeline and tooling projects on tight deadlines.
  • Align research and engineering goals, streamline communication, and support business priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships and technical program management.
  • Ability to right-size processes, align stakeholders, and maintain delivery speed.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and empathy for teams involved in deploying research.
  • Ability to design and build tools using code, no-code, or AI approaches.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and visual communication skills.
  • Engagement with and curiosity about the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with agentic models or OpenAI LLM APIs.
  • Experience with no-code or low-code platforms such as Airtable, Zapier, or Retool.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $207,000–$230,000.
  • Hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.
  • Relocation assistance is available for new employees.
