About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the policy and procedure library for the assigned GSIS sub-domain, following the manager’s framework and flagging gaps for escalation.
  • Support GSIS metrics and reporting by compiling operational health and status updates on a defined cadence.
  • Execute assigned tasks for building new capabilities under the direction of the Senior Manager or Lead; contribute to documentation and training materials.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for lower-complexity stakeholder requests within the assigned domain, resolving clear requests and escalating others with context.
  • Contribute to audit-ready documentation using existing templates and standards.
  • Support cross-functional GSIS projects of low to moderate complexity, owning specific workstreams rather than the overall project scope, timeline, or stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • Program management experience in or adjacent to the corporate or physical security domain.
  • Understanding of personal security programs, including experience contributing to a capability build in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience creating documentation, playbooks, training materials, policies, or procedures that withstand review.
  • Working familiarity with one or two GSIS domains.
  • Clear writing skills and the ability to document security concepts for specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • Ability to execute within a defined scope and escalate when circumstances exceed that scope.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience at an AI-focused organization, frontier technology company, or similarly high-growth, high-scrutiny environment.
  • Operational exposure to intelligence analysis, threat assessment, investigations, executive protection, or security operations center work.
  • Experience supporting a security audit, compliance examination, or diligence process.
  • Experience supporting a regional or multi-site security program.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $195,000–$245,000 USD.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Optional equity donation matching.
  • Generous vacation and parental leave.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Office collaboration space.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available depending on the role and candidate.
