About the job

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution.
  • Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, ensuring fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption.
  • Serve as a strong, visible product leader across regions, with a close partnership with our Vietnam-based teams.
  • Balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring ICAP continues to deliver reliability, performance, and trust at scale.
  • Represent ICAP with confidence to customers, partners, and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise or security products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of proxy technologies, ICAP, networking, or adjacent security domains.
  • A track record of partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver complex products.
  • Commercial acumen and experience supporting bookings, pipeline, and customer conversations.
  • Comfort operating in a global, distributed environment, including close collaboration with teams in Vietnam.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to influence across functions.
  • A mindset rooted in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Director-level experience is preferred, but we value demonstrated leadership altitude, judgment, and impact above title alone.
