Director of Product, Enterprise Platform
Leads and coaches the product team while personally owning Axion’s Enterprise Platform, including APIs, integrations, permissions, governance, and reliability. Requires enterprise platform product depth, strong technical judgment, product operations experience, and executive presence.

Responsibilities
- Personally lead the Enterprise Platform product area from customer discovery through strategy, definition, execution, launch, adoption, and learning.
- Set product direction for APIs, integrations, workspaces, permissions, governance, audit, and reliability.
- Make product tradeoffs between reusable capabilities and one-off customer requests.
- Translate company and product strategy into outcomes, priorities, owners, and metrics through planning, reviews, demos, and decision follow-through.
- Establish operating cadences across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Provide executives and the company with visibility into product decisions, progress, and learning.
- Manage and coach a small team of Product Managers.
- Create coherence across Agentic Product, Core Product, Data & Onboarding, and Enterprise Platform, including dependencies and tradeoffs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions, GTM leadership, executives, customers, and the board.
Requirements
- Experience as a player-coach who leads Product Managers while owning meaningful product scope.
- Depth in enterprise platform product management, including APIs, integrations, permissions, governance, reliability, or AI.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to make architecture-adjacent decisions while earning engineering trust.
- Experience establishing product planning, review, and metric practices.
- Executive presence with CEOs, customers, and boards.
- Comfort with ambiguity, detail, and complex tradeoffs.
Nice to Have
- Experience building production AI, agent, workflow automation, data, or enterprise platform products.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or another complex operational domain.
- Experience at a company scaling from Series B through enterprise readiness.
