Staff Product Manager leading AI-native enterprise products across Finance, People, Legal, and other business domains. The role owns discovery through adoption, partners across business and technology teams, and requires 8+ years of product management or equivalent software product experience.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success outcomes for AI-native enterprise products.
- Partner with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem discovery through launch and adoption.
- Apply user-centered discovery, product judgment, and first-principles thinking to build intuitive software products.
- Redesign workflows end to end, identifying work to eliminate, automate, delegate, or redesign.
- Rapidly prototype with AI tooling, test with users, and use evidence to guide investment decisions.
- Define and ship production-grade agents and intelligent workflows with enterprise context, tools, guardrails, evaluation, reliability, and human oversight.
- Lead collaboration across engineering, design, data science, security, and platform teams.
- Communicate product narratives, facilitate decisions, align executives and delivery teams, and influence without formal authority.
- Own adoption and business outcomes, tracking usage, quality, trust, cycle time, automation, exceptions, decision latency, and value realized.
- Ensure governance, auditability, SOX, privacy, security, and responsible AI compliance.
Requirements
- Track record of building and scaling high-quality software products that deliver meaningful business impact.
- Demonstrated product ownership from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale.
- Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize high-value problems, make trade-offs, and focus teams on outcomes.
- Experience partnering directly with business teams and users, including senior executives and frontline practitioners.
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, storytelling, and alignment skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype, test, and refine software solutions.
- Technical fluency in LLMs, agent patterns, orchestration, tools, retrieval, evaluation, data, APIs, security, and production operations.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Typically 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience building and scaling software products.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required.

- Experience building products for internal enterprise teams or complex business domains.
- Experience in Finance, People, Legal, go-to-market, or other operational functions.
- Experience launching AI-native or generative AI products.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and the Data Cloud ecosystem.
- Experience turning an internal customer-zero product into a repeatable customer pattern.
