Responsibilities
Build, develop, and inspire talented Solutions Consultants and leaders with scalable, data-driven processes.
Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes.
Analyze and manage performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics.
Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes like discovery, technical qualification, POCs/trials.
Act as technical executive to align with customer executives and advance opportunities.
Recruit, mentor, and develop AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team.
Leverage customer feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements.
Participate in regional industry events as a thought leader.
Requirements
10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS.
6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
Proven track record leading and growing high-performing teams across multiple timezones.
Demonstrated success partnering with Sales leadership on GTM strategy.
Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience.
Strong understanding of technical and competitive landscape.
Ability to thrive in evolving environment.

Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework.
Lead optical channel strategy and secure foundational high-signal accounts for Sesame's premium voice-agent hardware.
