Responsibilities
CEO / Founder Enablement
- Own the CEO's operating cadence, including weekly priorities, OKR/KR tracking, meeting hygiene, decision logs, and follow-ups.
- Turn leadership conversations into action by writing memos, capturing decisions, assigning owners, and driving closure.
- Prepare internal and external meetings with briefs, stakeholder maps, agendas, talking points, and post-meeting execution.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution
- Run special projects across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Build dashboards, templates, playbooks, and operating routines.
- Drive 0-to-1 initiatives such as customer onboarding plans, pilot definitions, KPI frameworks, pricing and packaging analysis, and process redesign.
GTM / Customer Delivery Operations
- Support enterprise deal execution, including proposal and SOW hygiene, pricing models, redline coordination, and mutual action plans.
- Create customer-ready executive updates, ROI/KPI reporting, launch communications, and rollout plans.
- Own high-stakes timelines, dependencies, risk flags, and escalation paths.
Compliance / Quality / Governance
- Help operationalize compliance through policy-update tracking, QA workflows, audit-ready documentation, and evidence collection.
- Maintain change-management discipline by documenting what changed, why, who approved it, and the rollout plan.
Internal Operations
- Improve internal throughput through planning rituals, meeting structures, hiring process upgrades, and tooling choices.
- Partner with Finance and Business Operations on budgeting, vendor management, and operational metrics as needed.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in a demanding environment such as startup operations, consulting, banking or fintech operations, product operations, investment or strategy, or founder-led roles.
- Strong project-management and end-to-end execution skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Analytical ability, including Excel or Sheets, basic modeling, and KPI design.
- Stakeholder-management skills across executives, individual contributors, internal teams, and external partners.
- Operational rigor, including process, documentation, and follow-through.
- High agency, structured thinking, discretion, adaptability, and comfort with a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise customers or regulated workflows in finance, insurance, or healthcare.
- Strong writing skills across memos, project plans, customer updates, and specifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000–$230,000.
