Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of 3–5 strategic technology partners, including platform companies across developer tooling, enterprise productivity and collaboration, operating system, and hardware ecosystems.
- Build partnership strategies covering joint goals, product and integration roadmaps, stakeholder maps, and executive relationship plans.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations, coordinate early access to platform capabilities, and track roadmap delivery.
- Align internal stakeholders on commercial terms, lead complex contract negotiations, and manage risks and escalations.
- Build and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Comms for joint launches, co-marketing, event sponsorships, and other strategic opportunities.
- Prepare and facilitate partner meetings and executive briefings.
- Define and track partnership success metrics and report impact to leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing large, complex, strategic technology partnerships end-to-end.
- Experience with strategy setting, commercial negotiation, and executive relationship management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including executive presentations.
- Ability to translate between business and technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, and extensibility platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, research, operations, and legal teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and proactively surfacing solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or workplace collaboration ecosystems.
- Experience managing partnerships with large, multi-product platform companies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $169,000–$296,000 USD.
- Equity and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement contributions; parental leave and family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; paid time off; paid sick leave; holidays; and other leave benefits.
