About the role
What you'll do
Embed with strategic accounts: Sit with top enterprise clients to understand their domain, data sources, security requirements, and analyst workflows; translate into concrete technical solutions.
Build custom integrations and solutions: Write production code on F2's platform including connectors to data rooms and document systems, ingestion pipelines, workflow automations, and domain-specific features.
Own the technical relationship: Act as trusted technical partner from initial deployment through production rollout and optimization.
Prototype, validate, ship: Build prototypes quickly, iterate on customer feedback, and deploy via CI/CD while meeting engineering standards.
Generalize back into the platform: Turn one-off customer solutions into reusable abstractions and platform capabilities with core engineering and product teams.
Be the voice of the customer: Bring field insights back to the roadmap to champion features solving real enterprise problems.
Work alongside core engineering: Participate in code review and architecture discussions as a full member of the engineering organization.
What you bring
Hands-on full-stack or backend engineering: 3+ years shipping production software, ideally with Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable owning features end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases.
Customer-facing instincts: Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders; enjoy translating ambiguous requirements into working software.
Pragmatic and fast: Prototype, validate, and ship in days/weeks; prefer delivering real customer value over perfecting diagrams.
Comfort with cloud and infra fundamentals: Familiarity with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and Postgres/SQL.
Integration mindset: Experience building connectors, APIs, or ETL/data pipelines against messy real-world data and enterprise systems.
Security awareness: Understand enterprise concerns like tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and data handling.
Builder's curiosity: Enjoy learning new domains (private markets/finance) and full AI application stacks; thrive in 0→1 environments owning outcomes.
Own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS into regulated mortgage servicing operations. Diagnose client workflows, configure solutions, drive decisions with data and code, and stay accountable until measurable business outcomes are achieved.
