Software Engineer
Implementations Engineer responsible for leading technical onboarding and launches of new financial institution customers on the Narmi One platform. Build internal tools, integrations, automation, and AI-powered solutions to streamline and scale implementations while diagnosing and fixing production issues.

What you'll do
- Lead the technical onboarding and launch of new Narmi customers
- Build integrations, internal tools, and automation that streamline implementations
- Reduce manual configuration and improve the systems behind customer launches
- Diagnose issues and ship targeted fixes and improvements in production
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and custom tooling across the company
What you'll bring

- BS in Computer Science or similar technical background
- 1+ year of professional experience in software engineering or a technical role
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate

Compensation
The expected annual base salary for this role is $94,000 - $113,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
