Responsibilities
- Design and deploy autonomous agents that automate go-to-market workflows across Revenue, taking prototypes through production.
- Own agent integrations with the CRM, data warehouse, and revenue technology stack, including data access and action permissions.
- Implement guardrails such as human-in-the-loop reviews and transparent permissioning.
- Set the multi-year roadmap for Revenue technology, including forecasting, conversation intelligence, outbound engagement, and related systems.
- Evaluate technology consolidation opportunities, identify obsolete legacy tools, and measure technology adoption and impact.
- Partner with enablement to maximize use of existing technology before pursuing additional investments.
- Own CRM architecture, including CPQ and integrations with the broader revenue stack.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure systems meet user needs and simplify the deal cycle.
- Lead GTM engineering, systems architecture, and CRM/CPQ administration functions.
- Personally design, build, and ship automation and AI-agent systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems and managing GTM technology stacks.
- Proven experience shipping production AI agents or LLM-powered systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks and current AI models.
- Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams, including architecture, data models, and governance, in a complex GTM environment.
- Strong coding and hands-on systems-building ability.
- Experience partnering with Revenue and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into adopted systems.
- High ownership, low-ego leadership style.
Compensation
- OTE: $184,000–$230,000, plus bonus and equity.
