  • Have 8+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
  • You've built and scaled top talent teams in competitive markets
  • An effective communicator and adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates alike
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment

  • Bring deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a network of top-tier candidates
  • Use data proactively to unblock hiring challenges and inform decision-making

Compensation

$180k - $240k + equity
