Program Coordinator, Early Talent

Responsibilities

Interview Coordination

  • Maintain job postings on career websites and in Greenhouse.
  • Organize high-volume phone and video interviews for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.
  • Collaborate with interviewers to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Gather and synthesize interviewer feedback to improve the selection process.

Swag Management and Event Logistics

  • Assist with the creation, logistics, and shipping of promotional items and recruiting materials for Early Talent and recruiting events.
  • Support planning and scheduling on-site events during the fall, spring, and summer.
  • Coordinate pre-program training and events, including Interview Training, Open House, and Summits.

Candidate Experience and Onboarding

  • Provide timely communication and updates throughout the interview process.
  • Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates when necessary.
  • Support the creation, logistics, and shipping of candidate engagement materials.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate onboarding.

Program Engagement and Support

  • Order materials for welcome packages and organize shipping logistics.
  • Distribute and collect surveys to gather feedback and insights.
  • Support programming events across the Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy, including planning, scheduling, and communications.

Diverse Projects

  • Assist with varied projects that contribute to the success of Early Talent Programs.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
  • Canva experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional materials.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
  • Strong research skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $56,160–$56,160 USD.
  • Eligible benefits may include equity, an employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks of fully paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, a 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
