Value Engineer, Scale EMEA/Italian Speaking

Responsibilities

Value Selling & Realization

• Assist in discovering and diagnosing customers’ operational improvement opportunities.
• Support mapping Celonis into the customer’s technology stack.
• Build initial business cases and assist with business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum.
• Support change management initiatives and contribute to Center of Excellence enablement programs.

Program Management

• Assist in executing transformation programs.
• Use AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting.
• Support actionable frameworks for evaluating customer workflows.

Platform & AI Fluency

• Use AI tools to produce technical outputs, including data analysis and basic automations.
• Partner with Applied Value Engineers on solution builds.

Scale Value & Innovation

• Support the end-to-end customer value journey and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with foundational knowledge of consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
• Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software such as SAP.
• Proficiency using AI tools to generate technical outputs and collaborate with technical teams on solutioning.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and proactively developing innovative customer solution designs.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and interest in becoming a value realization expert.
• Experience managing project milestones and presenting clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Flawless English and Italian communication skills.
• Foundational understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains, or relevant industries such as Manufacturing or Consumer.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field; or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor.
