Responsibilities
HR Process Optimization
- Evaluate and streamline end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Eliminate operational friction, improve accuracy, and introduce appropriate automation.
- Map current-state and future-state processes and define success metrics for technical partners.
- Advise HR functional leaders on operational best practices, bottlenecks, process redesign, and technology enablement.
M&A Integration and Operational Readiness
- Lead HR Operations execution for corporate transactions, including assessment of acquired HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Harmonize acquired employee workflows with the core HR Operations service-delivery model.
- Oversee readiness plans for transitioning acquired employees to HR tools, service desks, and operational standards.
Technical Partnership and Tool Delivery
- Partner with AI Business Solution Architects, IT teams, and other technical stakeholders to design, validate, and launch HR technology solutions.
- Prototype operational improvements using light-touch automation, low-code tools, and digital platforms.
- Lead user acceptance testing and operational-readiness reviews for enterprise tools, including Workday, Greenhouse, and Jira.
Enablement, Change Management, and Governance
- Lead change-management strategies for new HR programs and technology-enabled workflows.
- Deliver workshops, documentation, training materials, and practical playbooks.
- Support HR business partners, recruiters, and operations specialists in adopting new workflows and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in HR Operations, HR Systems Transformation, or HR Service Delivery.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools and HR technology, including LLMs, smart intake, or automated routing, to optimize processes.
- Hands-on experience with M&A-related HR operational integration, system consolidation, and process harmonization.
- Experience bridging business teams and technical partners such as solution architects, product managers, and IT engineers.
- Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives and driving adoption among non-technical stakeholders in matrixed environments.
- Strong awareness of PII protection, data privacy standards, and regulatory considerations in employee operations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-growth technology environments or organizations undergoing significant operational scaling.
- Familiarity with People enterprise systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jira, and Slack.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, UiPath, Power Automate, or Slack Workflows.

- Base salary: $88,560-$110,700 annually in the Nashville area.
