Experiential Marketing Program Manager

Own Bevi’s experiential marketing operations, including the BeviMobile fleet, Tour Manager contractors, and partner-event machine logistics. The role coordinates schedules, field technicians, permitting, sales communication, and performance tracking while scaling a nationwide activation program.

Responsibilities

BeviMobile Fleet Planning & Tour Management

  • Manage daily schedules with Tour Managers, assigning BeviMobile vehicles to priority sales opportunities.
  • Directly manage five Tour Manager contractors, serving as the primary contact for routing, staffing coverage, and real-time problem solving.
  • Build and maintain master schedules for multi-week, multi-city tours based on sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline.
  • Communicate weekly schedule updates to sales teams and proactively manage changes.
  • Coordinate restocking, permitting, and certificates of insurance with business improvement districts, property managers, and municipalities.
  • Bridge technical support and Tour Managers when vehicle or machine issues arise.
  • Travel to BeviMobile sales blitz activations to train, observe, and optimize field operations.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to capture, measure, and report activation performance.
  • Share field feedback and program insights with the Director of Experiential Marketing.

Partner Event Machine Logistics

  • Own machine logistics for partner events and high-priority sales opportunities from planning through execution.
  • Verify event details, create Salesforce sales orders, and initiate Zendesk requests.
  • Track requests through delivery, installation, event support, and pickup while communicating status to Sales.
  • Coordinate field technician scheduling for installations, swaps, flavor changes, troubleshooting, and de-installations.
  • Manage machine availability to maximize utilization and respond quickly to priority opportunities.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to own a growing program.
  • Clear, proactive communication with sales teams, Tour Managers, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn the technical aspects of machines and vehicles.
  • Problem-solving ability, including anticipating challenges and preventing issues.
  • Experience taking on increasing ownership, improving processes, or scaling a program with measurable results.
  • Comfortable managing multiple schedules, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Based in the Boston area and able to work at headquarters at least two days per week.
  • Able to travel as needed to support tours.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in B2B account management, customer-facing operations, logistics, or program management.
  • Experience with technical support, logistics, or customer operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Process improvement experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $97,750–$120,750 USD.
  • Some roles may be eligible for commission or bonus incentives.
