Responsibilities
- Manage external certification vendors and partners, including SLAs, operational alignment, and system integration.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement automation across candidate management and exam operations.
- Create and maintain candidate-facing communications and web pages, including blogs, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Manage global certification support cases in Salesforce and oversee voucher distribution, continuing education, accommodations, and exam security workflows.
- Recruit, onboard, engage, and communicate with SnowPro Subject Matter Experts; train SMEs on exam-development practices and style guidelines.
- Support exam-development systems, maintain exam forms, assist with study-guide content, and participate in exam publishing and localization.
- Own medium-to-large certification projects from planning through on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in certification operations, program management, or technical education support.
- 2+ years of experience in IT, technical training, or technical writing.
- Experience managing external vendors and collaborating with technical or operations partners.
- Demonstrated ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automated or optimized solutions.
- Experience writing candidate communications, managing web pages, writing blogs, and building email campaigns.
- Strong autonomy, initiative, project ownership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with remote and asynchronous workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Education, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- SnowPro Core or Advanced Certification.
- Experience integrating, automating, or managing third-party tools through APIs, workflow builders, or custom scripts.
- Experience with Pearson VUE or other major test-delivery providers.
- Familiarity with web content management systems, email marketing platforms, certification management systems, and QTI standards.
- Experience managing cases, automation rules, and workflows in Salesforce.
