Technical Project Manager

Owns complex enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through launch, coordinating Product, Engineering, QA, and customer stakeholders. Requires 4+ years in technical project or program management, strong delivery skills, and knowledge of APIs, integrations, and software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
  • Drive project cadence through status updates, reporting, and clear ownership across teams.
  • Identify blockers, drive resolution, and manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
  • Coordinate delivery with Product Management, Engineering, Conversational Design, QA, and Account Management.
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical workstreams and execution plans.
  • Configure telephony systems, agent campaigns, and self-service workflows.
  • Participate in agent testing, validation, and soft-launch deliveries.
  • Support technical discovery, feasibility assessments, scope decisions, tradeoffs, and dependency management.
  • Partner with enterprise customer operators, technical teams, and executives; lead deployment meetings and manage expectations.
  • Create repeatable deployment frameworks, templates, documentation, and operating processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
  • Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline, risk, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills with customer and executive stakeholders.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
  • Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with healthcare technology, AI products, SaaS platforms, or integration-heavy software.
  • Experience with telephony systems, voice platforms, EHR integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise software deployments.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience with Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirements.
  • Use of AI tools to improve productivity and execution.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $100,000–$170,000.
  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing healthtech startup.
