Responsibilities
- Manage and drive client communications throughout the delivery lifecycle, align client stakeholders, and ensure successful, timely project delivery.
- Work with clients, sales teams, product teams, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Understand clients’ products and business logic to recommend solutions addressing their technical and business needs.
- Provide solution design and consulting services.
- Manage client onboarding projects and maintain delivery control.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during implementation and deployment.
- Design and implement integration solutions for client systems.
- Drive and manage engineering workstreams and perform hands-on technical work as needed.
- Support integration of new features and technologies into existing systems.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial-services industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles.
- Strong solutioning skills for SaaS platform data integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong client-facing communication and client-management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of anti-fraud technology in the financial or internet industry.
- Experience with real-time computing, big data, or machine learning.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base salary: CAD $120,000–$170,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.
