Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives responsible for closing Enterprise accounts with moderate deal velocity.
- Drive strong execution across the funnel, tighten forecasting accuracy, and build repeatable sales excellence.
- Coach Account Executives on closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day sales cycles.
- Focus on forecast predictability, rep development, and scaling a repeatable, high-impact Enterprise sales motion.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to ensure team success.
- Embed in teams and active sales cycles with a customer-first mindset.
- Drive performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives, including ~3 years of direct people management in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience leading teams selling into large Mid-Market accounts or Enterprise accounts (1,500–5,000+ employees).
- Experience coaching Account Executives closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day sales cycles.
- Highly skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection; able to drive rigor without slowing momentum.
- Hands-on leadership style.
- Successful sales leader at a high-growth startup.
Compensation
- OTE: $275,000–$350,000 (60/40 split) + equity.
