Responsibilities

Own workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on security risk, exposure, and program health for company leadership.
Partner with a primary security team on day-to-day execution while supporting other security teams as priorities and capacity allow.
Make and communicate prioritization decisions when demand exceeds capacity, identify alternatives, and explain trade-offs.
Design and implement lightweight processes that improve security-team effectiveness without unnecessary engineering overhead.
Establish effective ways of working with product, engineering, and other partner teams.
Help shape broader company processes for planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations roles.
Experience in broad, cross-functional operations or program management supporting diverse stakeholders across an organization.
Ability to operate effectively in a horizontal role with a large and varied stakeholder group.
Demonstrated ability to build processes and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
Strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.
Experience managing competing priorities and communicating difficult trade-offs clearly.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling environment where processes are still being built and refined.

Base salary: $153,000–$180,000 USD annually.
