Responsibilities
- Own workflow, project tracking, and dependency management across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on security risk, exposure, and program health for company leadership.
- Partner with a primary security team on day-to-day execution while supporting other security teams as priorities and capacity allow.
- Make and communicate prioritization decisions when demand exceeds capacity, identify alternatives, and explain trade-offs.
- Design and implement lightweight processes that improve security-team effectiveness without unnecessary engineering overhead.
- Establish effective ways of working with product, engineering, and other partner teams.
- Help shape broader company processes for planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or operations roles.
- Experience in broad, cross-functional operations or program management supporting diverse stakeholders across an organization.
- Ability to operate effectively in a horizontal role with a large and varied stakeholder group.
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities and communicating difficult trade-offs clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling environment where processes are still being built and refined.

- Base salary: $153,000–$180,000 USD annually.
