Leads cross-functional projects that create AI training data solutions for frontier AI organizations, coordinating specialized experts and owning delivery from scoping through execution. Responsibilities
- Manage projects and client relationships with leading AI organizations to build data solutions that drive revenue.
- Lead and coordinate specialized expert teams across finance, software engineering, law, and other domains.
- Design dataset specifications that influence how foundation models are evaluated and improved.
- Own critical projects end-to-end, including scoping, execution, iteration, and delivery.
- Support operational initiatives across building, analysis, coordination, and execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related process/life-sciences engineering roles.
- Background in chemical process design, biomedical devices, drug development, or related life-sciences engineering.
- Strong understanding of chemistry and biology fundamentals, with quantitative process- and systems-level reasoning.
- High agency, strong work ethic, and comfort defining problems in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
- Passion for AI and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated competitive success, such as patents, publications, board or licensing exams, or top-tier academic or professional achievement.
Nice-to-haves
- Python proficiency or experience with simulation and analysis tools.
- Experience with Aspen Plus, MATLAB, COMSOL, or bioinformatics pipelines.
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MD) in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical-device industry.
- Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience across multiple engineering or life-sciences domains.
Compensation
- Salary: $150,000–$225,000 annually.
