Senior Program Manager, Partner Programs

Leads software and product integration programs for strategic Stellar ecosystem partners, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery. Requires 7+ years managing financial-services software programs and comfort with APIs, integrations, blockchain concepts, and program management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, plan, and direct software and product development activities from launch to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Own long-term partner integration roadmaps and the success of multiple partners in the Stellar ecosystem.
  • Host and drive meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage technical dependencies and blockers across partner and internal engineering teams.
  • Maintain partner documentation, including milestone plans, dependencies, schedules, risks, and meeting notes.
  • Measure program performance against company and team OKRs.
  • Define process frameworks, program plan templates, tools, and best practices for organization-wide adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing software development programs in the financial services industry, including experience in a blockchain startup or small-company environment.
  • Comfort engaging in technical discussions involving APIs, integration flows, and system dependencies.
  • Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts, or the ability to ramp quickly in complex technical domains.
  • Experience using AI tools to draft and summarize documentation, accelerate research, streamline reporting, or automate workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, process development, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Jira, Airtable, Asana, Confluence, and Google Suite.
  • Independent, results-driven approach and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, primarily to the Americas and Europe.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment with ambiguity and changing responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Curiosity about blockchain technologies such as DeFi, Earn, and contract tokens, as well as cryptocurrencies.
  • Direct experience working with external partners as a program manager, project manager, delivery manager, technical program manager, or consultant.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $145,000–$195,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
