Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program governance, including operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Scale program impact through program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Define, build, and document AI-driven processes that improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Evangelize the program vision, goals, and progress throughout the organization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, establish agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability.
- Perform ad hoc analyses supporting strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/product-centric roles.
- Experience managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical and financial acumen, with the ability to learn new domains quickly.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Ability to drive results across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Experience building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
- High emotional and analytical intelligence, a solution-oriented approach, and a data-driven learning mindset.
- High ethical standards and sound judgment.
- Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with senior Product and Engineering leadership on C-level programs.
- Direct GTM or Product Operations experience.
- Knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape.
- STEM or business-related degree, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco Bay Area annual base salary: $162,000–$222,000 USD.
- California (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington annual base salary: $144,000–$198,000 USD.
