Strategic Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of internal and external projects requiring attention to detail and consideration of national and state requirements
• Identify the most important items to focus resources on and ensure priorities align with company needs
• Play up to the leadership level to identify stakeholders, their incentives, and accomplish goals within existing constraints
• Think five steps ahead to identify future blockers and prevent them
• Work through hard problems with many constraints using sound judgment to assess risks and create well-structured, data-informed narratives
• Translate understanding of the product (technical and non-technical components) into requirements and considerations within strategic projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management, business operations, or MBB consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience within healthcare interoperability
• Incredible organization skills to turn chaos into concise clarity and keep internal and external stakeholders on schedule
• Familiarity working in regulated industries and on projects with significant governance requirements
• Comfortable taking an ambiguous objective, breaking it down for alignment, identifying the most efficient execution path, and delivering
• Knowledge of finance, data, compliance, and engineering topics sufficient to ask thoughtful questions and loop in appropriate stakeholders
