Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end, including program design, operating cadence, stakeholder activation, and fluency outcomes.
• Investigate workflow problems and design programs and tools that address root causes.
• Partner with teams to design and build AI-enabled solutions.
• Define program health models, including success metrics, milestones, and status reporting.
• Drive adoption of AI-built tools and resources.
• Build self-serve enablement resources such as playbooks and golden paths.
• Lead change management through training, communications, and activation.
• Build documentation and governance into programs.
• Measure AI fluency, adoption, and productivity outcomes and report to leadership.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and People teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into programs with narratives, roadmaps, milestones, and operating cadences.
• Track record of driving behavior change and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building or automating workflows with AI tools.
• Experience owning large, distributed programs without direct authority over participants.
• Strong stakeholder communication and proactive status reporting.
• Experience defining program health models and measurement before launch.
• Comfort researching problems before designing solutions.
• Familiarity with productivity and workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, or Notion.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience running ambassador, champion, or center-of-excellence programs.
• Background in enablement, learning and development, or change management in a technology environment.
• Experience in internal AI or enterprise AI adoption.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Cursor, or Gemini.
• Background in product operations, business operations, or technical program management.
• Working knowledge of AI governance or Responsible AI principles.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $138,000–$190,000 annually.
• Eligibility for bonus, competitive equity, and benefits.

• In-office employees generally work four days per week in the office and Fridays from home; a fully remote program is also available for eligible employees.
