Senior Program Manager, EPMO

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high-stakes, high-impact, and highly visible.
  • Translate ambiguous company priorities into program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
  • Own cross-functional strategic projects and programs end to end.
  • Identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, and partner with stakeholders to mitigate issues.
  • Develop compelling narratives and communicate them to build buy-in, adoption, and results.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, and solve scaling challenges.
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and program management skills.
  • Experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Proven success in highly cross-functional, influence-without-authority environments.
  • Ability to manage change and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, risk identification, and multi-workstream management skills.
  • Eagerness to use AI to improve efficiency.

  • Fintech experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $138,000–$190,000 annually.
