Responsibilities
- Plan all bill of materials (BOM) materials to ensure availability at the right place and time throughout the product lifecycle across in-house final assembly, test, and pack (FATP) operations and contract manufacturers.
- Manage Tier 2 materials at contract manufacturing sites for critical modules and sub-assemblies.
- Manage the Clear-to-Build (CTB) report to drive material readiness for production plans and customer orders.
- Develop inventory strategies that balance supply flexibility with cost exposure.
- Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation steps, communicate risks cross-functionally, and escalate issues promptly.
- Use CTB to manage engineering change orders (ECOs), product transitions, and material revisions while maintaining supply continuity and minimizing obsolescence.
- Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to secure supplier commitments, resolve shortages, and establish supplier strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, program management, product development, design engineering, supply chain, production control, and logistics teams.
- Partner with system developers to build and improve internal systems and tools.
- Improve internal and external processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
- 5–8 years of related experience in an OEM/JDM/ODM hardware business, including contract manufacturing experience.
- Strong analytical and data-based problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting material status in program and executive meetings.
- Collaborative team-player mindset.
- On-site presence in Hayward, California, with 3 mandatory on-site days per week.
- FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged within the first 60 days and required for certain positions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $136,000–$213,000.
