Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT Operations organization across IT Support, IT Logistics, and AV & Executive Support through three managers and approximately 20 employees.
  • Set the strategic vision and operating model for IT Operations, aligning priorities with company objectives and using data to guide decisions, service performance, and leadership reporting.
  • Deploy AI-powered IT support within existing employee tools to reduce friction and improve resolution times.
  • Improve international IT logistics, including hardware shipping and provisioning as the company expands outside North America.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership, Workplace & Facilities, and Enterprise Security to deliver seamless IT services and strengthen corporate security standards.
  • Drive innovation and deliver at least one industry-leading end-user initiative annually.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a large, multidisciplinary IT operations team covering IT support, logistics, and AV or executive support at a mid-to-large technology company.
  • Experience managing teams of 20 or more across multiple IT functions, including managers, with success hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Experience owning IT budgets of $5 million or more, including hardware, licensing, and vendor spending.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and innovation.
  • Transparent, trust-based leadership with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Risotto.
  • Experience leading IT operations through an IPO, rapid growth, M&A, or international expansion.
  • Experience integrating AI or automation into IT service delivery and end-user support workflows.

Compensation

  • San Francisco base salary: $215,000–$227,000 USD.
  • Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
