About the role

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for technical talent across engineering, product, data, and early-career roles. Identify strong prospects, conduct candidate research, draft personalized outreach, maintain organized pipelines, and surface promising candidates quickly.
  • Support university recruiting programs across target schools. Prepare for career fairs, coordinate campus events, manage candidate follow-up, track student pipelines, and ensure every university touchpoint is polished and high-impact.
  • Coordinate career fairs and recruiting events. Handle attendee tracking, candidate capture, resume review workflows, event materials, post-event follow-up, scheduling, and pipeline organization to turn events into measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Coordinate interviews, manage communications, prepare candidates for each step, and ensure timely, thoughtful interactions with urgency and care.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, event goals, and candidate profiles. Ensure pipelines align with team needs and efforts are clearly communicated.
  • Use tools and AI to improve recruiting execution. Leverage AI and recruiting tools for sourcing, candidate research, outreach personalization, event follow-up, pipeline tracking, and workflow automation.
  • Keep recruiting systems clean and actionable. Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline stages, event tracking, outreach activity, and follow-up notes for data-driven decisions.

What You Bring

  • Experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, university recruiting, talent operations, or a related recruiting support role.
  • Strong interest in technical recruiting, early-career talent, and high-growth hiring environments.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail across scheduling, candidate communication, event logistics, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and follow-up.
  • Comfort working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, university partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High-agency mindset: notice what needs to be done, take ownership, and follow through without needing every step defined.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
  • Strong candidate-first instincts with emphasis on speed, clarity, and care.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity as recruiting processes are built and improved.
